M2 Europe Prepaid Gift Card Programmes aim to replace the traditional gift vouchers used by retailers. Gift Cards are a simple example of closed-loop programmes where funds can only be spent at the chain represented by the Gift Card.

M2 Europe can provide quick-to-market solutions which are easy to implement and can provide motivation for consumers to come back more often and spend more when they do.

The card can either be sold in-store "off the shelf" in pre-dominations as agreed by the merchant, instant issue or via the internet.

The in-store cards are non-personalised, in that no cardholder name will appear on the card. The cards are merchant branded, (unless otherwise specified). The cards will be fulfilled by M2 Europe through an approved card fulfilment company. A customer PIN can be issued if required.

Additional functionality can be added to the use of the card such as a Mobile Payment facility which can be used to run customer reward or incentive programmes. This will encourage customers to pay for products and services using their gift card. This will increase customer brand awareness and spending and increase merchant profit.
